The one the conflict-of-laws rules point to, which in the European Union usually leads to the law of the country of the party providing the service or selling. It is better to choose it in writing.
Yes. Judgments from the European Union circulate almost directly; those from other countries need a recognition procedure known as exequatur.
The European order for payment procedure lets you claim money debts that have fallen due using a common form and enforce them in the other member states apart from Denmark. If the debtor objects, it moves to ordinary proceedings.
Arbitration is confidential, specialist and its awards are enforceable in many countries; the courts are usually cheaper. It depends on the amount and on the country.
